Peri Peri Beef Stokkies

Peri-Peri Beef Stokkies are a traditional South African dried-meat snack, crafted from strips of prime beef that have been marinated in a fragrant spice blend and then dusted with fiery peri-peri seasoning. Unlike droëwors (dried sausage), stokkies are made “from the stick” – lean cuts of beef are sliced into slender strips before being air-dried to perfection.
