St Marcus’s Original Beef Biltong is crafted using high-quality grass-fed beef silverside, expertly cured using a traditional South African recipe that goes back centuries. The meat is marinated in a fragrant blend of herbs, spices, salt, and vinegar, evoking the authentic biltong flavour.
